Trauma-Informed Discipleship class starts on Monday, March 25, 2024, and will be on the 4th Monday of each. month.
The meeting is at Gather Norfolk from 7:00 – 8:30 pm EST
* Learn about various mental health concerns and classification of symptomatology
* Increase awareness of trauma responses and how to address triggers and defense behaviors
* Develop and strengthen communication strategies to improve effectiveness in discipleship and intercession to enhance unity within the Church Body
* Elevate your mental health fitness for these latter end times to reach, love, and serve the family of God
